Make sure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your actual date of arrival to Vietnam and have more than one blank page. If this criterion is not met, your application can be denied and you have to start the process all over again.
As soon as receiving your request, we consider it and notify whether or not you can apply for a visa on arrival.
Prior to proceeding your visa application, visa service should be made in advance. There are various options of payment to choose with a credit card, debit card, PayPal, Western Union, Bank Transfer.

The service fee is determined depending on your type of visa and visa duration. It is paid for the visa agency assisting you when applying for Vietnam visa.

The stamping fee is the fee pay for VOA Counter to stamp your visa. You have to spend 25USD for a single entry visa (1 or 3 months), 50USD for multiple entries visa (1-3 months).
With regards to stamping fee, you should bring an accurate amount of money to pay to the Immigration Officer. It is advisable that you should pay in USD to avoid low exchange rate at the airport. Other currencies are still acceptable though.
Firstly, your passport must maintain its validity for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in Vietnam. If it expires sooner than that, you need to have it renewed before your submission for the visa. Otherwise, you will not get your Vietnam visa.
Secondly, take note that Vietnam visa on arrival is granted for those who enter Vietnam by air and through 9 following airports: Noi Bai, Tan Son Nhat, Cat Bi, Da Nang, Can Tho, Lien Khuong, Dong Hoi, Phu Quoc, Nha Trang (as of 2018).
Last but not least, you should apply for your Vietnam visa at least 1 week before your trip to ensure that you have enough time to get your visa or solve any unexpected problems.
