Please deliver him: your passport, Vietnam visa approval letter, Vietnamese visa application, stamping fee ($25 US/ single entry, $50 US/ multiple entry) in cash and he will handle the hassle-free collection of the Vietnam visa sticker on your passport.
After landing, please follow the exit path and look for our assistant who waits for you with your name board in front of Immigration counter. Then he/she will escort you through all procedures at the airport: Landing visa area (If you take visa on arrival), Immigration counter, passport control, luggage lounge and ensure that every step is done smoothly and quickly till you reach the arrival hall.

On arrival, get off your airplane and meet our agent with sign board of your name in front of landing visa area (if you get Visa on arrival) or Immigration counter (if you take evisa)
Present your original passport, required document depend upon your Vietnam option (Evisa or Visa on arrival) to our Fast Track staff.
