By using this site, you convey your agreement with these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Statement. If you do not agree with the terms stated in this agreement or are dissatisfied with the site please direct your complaints to Contact Us page. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in legal action and restriction of your ability to access this site. From time to time, www.vietnamvisavoa.com may modify these Terms & Conditions. Please continue to review this agreement whenever accessing or using this site.
Visa on arrival (VOA)
Visa on arrival is the Vietnam visa issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department that allows you to acquire visa upon your arrival at the Vietnam International Airports. Visa on arrival is equally legal as one collected at the Vietnam Embassy oversea.
To apply for visa on arrival, you need to go through 03 simple steps as bellows:
Step 1: Access our website at Vietnamvisavoa.com to apply online for the Visa Approval Letter, pay visa service fee and wait for visa approval letter to be processed
Step 2: Receive your visa approval letter by email, print it out and bring this copy along with you to Vietnam
Step 3: Upon arrival, you need to present your visa approval letter, Vietnamese visa application form, 2 passport sized photos, stamping fee and your original passport for the Immigration Officer to get visa stamped.
Visa approval letter
Visa approval letter is official document issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department which permits you to collect Vietnam visa at any International Airports of Vietnam.
Please note:
- Visa approval letter is solely accepted if you going into Vietnam by air.
- Visa approval letter is required to present at your departure airport before you get on board.
Processing time
Visa processing time is based on working time of the Vietnam Immigration Department, which starts from 8.00am to 10.30am and from 13.30pm to 15.00 pm (GMT+7) Monday to Friday, and Vietnamvisavoa’s office hours which are from 8.00am to 17.30pm (GMT+7) Monday to Saturday’s morning.
Processing time is also subject to change according to Vietnam National Public Holiday.
Once your visa order and payment are received, we start to process your visa immediately and processing time of your application is indicated through our confirmation email. Processing time of your application depends on what processing type you apply for; it includes normal processing (2 working days), urgent processing (1 working day) and super-urgent processing (2 or 4 working hours). In some special cases, additional documents may be required to submit, so it takes longer than normal processing time.
www.vietnamvisavoa.com will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing. No service fees or any portion thereof will be refunded due to delays or denial of service.
Single and multiple entry visas:
- Single entry visa allows you to enter Vietnam only one time during your visa is valid.
- Multiple entry visa allows you to enter Vietnam as many times as you wish between the dates of validity indicated in your Visa Approval Letter
Visa fee and payment
Applying for Vietnam visa on arrival, there are two compulsory fees you agree to pay including Service fee and Stamping fee
Service fee:
The Visa service fee is quoted and directly charged by Vietnamvisavoa.com in order to apply for visa approval letter from the Vietnam Immigration Department. The fee is paid fully before we start to process your visa application. Once your payment of service fee is made, you shall receive our confirmation email which notifies your successful payment. We are not liable for any of issues arising from your payment failure.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for any additional fee associated with your Bank or Financial Origination(s) during your payment of visa service fee.
Stamping fee:
The Stamping fee is directly charged by the Vietnam Immigration Department at the Vietnam International Airport to complete your Visa on arrival with getting visa stamped on your passport.
Visa stamping fee is only accepted to pay in Cash (highly recommend to pay in USD), and No payment card is allowed to pay for stamping fee. Vietnamvisavoa.com takes no responsibility for any exceeding amount caused by other currencies.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Vietnam visa service:
Vietnamvisavoa.com, we are entitled to decline to process your visa application for any reasons, including but not limited to an incomplete application, insufficient processing time, or unusual circumstances. In such cases, a full refund of the Service Fee will be given.
For any reason you wish to cancel your application before you make your payment of the Service Fee, you can do so without any charge and penalty even in case you do not inform us. You has right to cancel your visa application before we start to process it and no service charge or penalty is applied. A full refund will be given to you on the condition that you send us an official cancellation request in written email before our processing notification email is sent to your registered email address.
No refund will be given once your Visa Approval Letter was approved by the Vietnam Immigration Department and was delivered to you via your registered email address/phone number.
It is importantly noted once you cannot receive your Visa Approval letter on time as confirmed by us under any situation, please immediately contact us visa email support@vietnamvisavoa.com or through our hotline at +84 969255515. We will make no refund if you fail to do so.
We are not responsible for any loss/delay caused by technical errors; wrong email address or information provided by applicant without noticing us in advance.
No cancellation and no refund will be made in case you decline to get your Visa Approval Letter containing incorrect details caused by your mistakes. We strongly recommend you to check your Visa Approval Letter against your passport and personal information right after receiving and before your flight.
The Service Fee will be refunded fully if your Visa application is declined by the Vietnam Immigration Department.
Should there is any mistake(s) created by Vietnamvisaavoa.com on your Approval Letter during the issuing process, we are responsible to re-obtain a new Approval Letter following your original application details for you without any surcharge(s) and refund 100% of the Service Fee of your application. In addition to that we commit to provide a One Month Single Entry Vietnam Visa-On-Arrival for one applicant of your next application without the Service Fee applied or a free of charge Transport Transfer on your departure at the end of your trip.
For any reason, if you cancel/delay/change any details of your trip to Vietnam including but no limited as your routines, your staying duration, date of arrival/departure, method of entrant to how the issued Visa Approval Letter is no longer applicable for your new plan, no cancellation and no refund will be given. In this case, it is suggested to apply a new visa application with a new Service Fee applied respectively to our quoted fee(s).
Any additional charges associated with your Bank or Financial Institution(s) that occurs during the refund process are accounted to you and your account regardless what your payment method had used. Vietnamvisavoa.com is only responsible for our Bank/Financial Institution’s charges from our side of the refund process.
2. Extra services
Fast track:
Fast track service is our concierge service which assists you to get visa stamped smoothly and quickly at the Vietnam Immigration Counter upon your arrival.
Private airport transfer
Private airport transfer is our concierge service which picks up you from the airport to your hotel or vice versa.
For any reasons, if you cancel your order details after your payment and you send us an Official Cancellation request in written form (Email/letter) at least 72 working hours prior to your registered landing time; a full refund of your service fee will be arranged without any charge and penalty.
With any Cancellation request made within 72 working hours of your registered landing time for any reason. In such case, 100% of your payment is lost and no refund is due
For any reasons, if you change your order details after your payment and send us an Official Amendment request in written form (Email/letter) at least 36 working hours prior to your registered landing time, we will re-arrange the service(s) for you without any penalty or surcharges. Should you failed on requesting us following such conditions and that leads to the failure of our service delivery, no penalty is applied and no refund will be given.
Should there is any changes or delayed with your flight schedule due to external elements such as natural disasters/delayed by courier, it is required to inform us immediately and no later than 06 hours of your new landing time via our hotline at +84 969255515 for our appropriate service adjustment. Should you failed on contacting us following such conditions and that leads to the failure of our service delivery, no penalty is applied and no refund will be given.
On your arrival date, for any reasons you cannot receive the service(s) and you do not call our hotline +84969255515 within 02 hours since your landed time or not follow our Hotline’s instructions, no refund will be given.
Full refund of the service fee will be made if you cannot receive the service(s) due to our fault in these 02 following cases:
- You cannot find our representative(s) at the arrival airport even though you call us at our hotline + 84969255515 or directly get in touch with our sale agent and follow our instruction.
- You get no answers or no assistance upon contacting us within 02 hours since your landed time via our hotline when you cannot find our representative(s) at the arrival airport.
In addition to that we commit to provide a Fast Track service for one applicant of your next application without any Service Fee applied or a free of charge Airport Transfer service on your departure at the end of your trip.
Fast track is not responsible for delay outside of our control including flight delays or diverts, check in, immigration and baggage reclaim disruption
Any additional charges associated with your Bank or Financial Institution(s) that occurs during the refund process are accounted to you and your account regardless what your payment method had used. Vietnamvisavoa.com is only responsible for our Bank/Financial Institution’s charges from our side of the refund process.

Vietnam Immigration Department often changes its requirements and fees without prior warning and changes can take effect immediately. Service
Requirements and fees related to the processing of visas upon arrival Vietnam, Vietnam transit visa, Vietnam embassy visa are subject to change without notice. Application forms and additional documents required for visa issuance are subject to change without notice. Vietnam Immigration Department may request additional documentation at their discretion. They may also decline approve for visa upon arrival without disclosing the reason for denial. Processing time for visas and passports quoted by www.vietnamvisavoa.com are approximations based on normal circumstances, and are deemed reliable in most cases but are not guaranteed. We will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing. We reserves the right to decline processing of documents for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, or unusual circumstances.
Privacy

Communications

We will not responsible for any trouble or problem may cause if you send us incorrect or fake passport details. Please refer to our Privacy Statement that governs submitted & distributed information.
