Vietnam working visa cost

In order to work or do business in Vietnam, foreigners need to obtain a working visa (LĐ) before your flight to Vietnam. Here goes a brief on Vietnam working visa cost if you are opting for visa on arrival procedure.

Service fee

The service fee is the cost that you would pay online as you submit the visa application form. This is the charge for the visa application procedure and getting the visa approvalletter from the Vietnamese Immigration Department.

This charge can vary depending on the nationality of your passport, the length of your stay, the nature of your trip, and the type of working visa. Processing time and the group size of visa application also significantly affect Vietnam services fee. Therefore, you will have three options for applying Vietnam working visa:

• Normal service: The normal service means that you will wait for 5- 7 working days to get your working visa. If you are not too hasty for your trip, you can choose this service because of its affordable cost. 79USD is the fee when you opt for normal service; however, it will be only 74USD if you apply with a group of your friends.

• Urgent service: with this service, you will be granted a working visa in 03 business days. The urgency cost is a bit more expensive than normal service but it helps you save your time. You need to spend an additional 30USD, as opposed to normal.

• Super urgent service: After 1 day submitting your application, you can enter Vietnam with a working visa immediately. However, that urgency will be much higher than normal or urgent services.

Stamping fee

Stamping fee is the fee which you will charge directly to the Immigration counter at the Vietnam international airport on your arrival. The fee would be paid for getting a Vietnam visa stamped on your passport from the Immigration Department. The stamping fee for single entry (both for 1 month & 3 months) is 25 USD while it is 50 USD for multiple entries (both for 1 month & 3 months). Also, it will be 95USD and 135USD for 06 months and 12 months multiple entries respectively.
