Step 1. Apply online for a Vietnamese visa approval letter

In order get your Vietnam visa on arrival, you first must submit a visa application form at vietnamvisavoa.com. There are 4 categories you needto fill in including General Information, Applicant Information, Contact Information, and Extra Services.

In the General Information section, you will select the purpose (tourist), arrival airport, visa type, number of applicants, entry date, exit date, the processing time, flight number.
Applicant Information encompassespersonal information of applicant such as gender, full name, passport number, expire date of passport, date of birth, nationality.
Contact Information is the details of the person who we will directly work with us especially in case you visit Vietnam as a group. You need to provide us their full name, email address, telephone number and nationality.
The last section Extra Services inludes Fast Track service and Car serive. You can pass this category if you don't need them.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival.
Date of arrival is not necessarily exact; you might fill in with proposed date of arrival as you can enter Vietnam at any time within your visa validity.
