Do Myanmar passport holders need to apply for Vietnam visa ?

Myanmar is one of the countries which are able to apply online for a visa to Vietnam as long as they enter Vietnam by air. The requirements and procedures are straightforward as a local visa agent will help them every step of the way.

Firstly, being Myanmar citizens, applicants can apply for the visa through 2 ways:

As the update of the Vietnamese Immigration Department in Feb 2019, Myanmar has added to the list of countries which can apply for Vietnam E-visa. The visa is valid for 30 dayswith single entry.

Myanmar applicants need to complete an electronic form on the website of the Immigration Department then pay a non-refundable fee (25 USD) to get the visa issued. After 3 working days, the Vietnam E-visa is sent to applicant’s email address. Print it out the enter Vietnam freely.
