In general, applicants must submit Vietnam visa application form in person at Vietnam Embassy in China. Normally, you would need to provide: your original passport, a completed Vietnam visa application form. For some other nationalities residing in China, you must provide extra documents include: China visa/ China resident card, hotel booking, flight ticket.
