1. Apply at Vietnam Embassy in the nearest location.

Step 1: Fill out the application form

The form must be completed, signed and attached with a photo.

Step 2: Submit the required documents

Step 3: Take back the passport

Wait the original passport to be returned. Normally it takes 5 working days for processing. If using fast track service, it may take 2 working days only.

2. Apply for visa on arrival online

This option applies to air-travelers only.

Step 1: Fill out the application form online

Otherwise, applicants can send us the following information via our email support@vietnamvisavoa.com: your full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number, visa category (1 or 3 months, single or multiple entries) or simply drop your passport copy page to our email along with your requested visa type, your expected entry and exit date.

Step 2: Make payment for Vietnam visa service fee

Choose one of the payment methods available: PayPal, Credit Card, Western Union and Bank Transfer to pay in full for the service fee, so that the visa application can be quickly submitted.

Step 3: Receive business Vietnam visa approval letter.

After 2-5 working days, when receiving Vietnam visa approval letter, please download and get it printed out (black-and-white copy accepted) or keep it in your mobile device to present it at check-in counter at the airport.

Step 4: Get visa stamped on arrival

As landing at any of Vietnam International Airports, please head to the Landing Visa Counter to present your original passport, visa approval letter, 2 passport sized photos, the Vietnamese visa application form (formally known as the entry and exit form) and stamping fee in CASH to get your visa stamped (25USD for 1 month or 3 month single entry visa, 50USD for 1 month or 3 month multiple entry visa, 95 USD for 6 month multiple visa and 135USD for 1 year multiple visa)
