Types of Vietnam Airport Fast Track Services

1. Regular Fast Track Service

For eVisa holders:

Upon landing, our staff will greet you in front of the Immigration Counter, holding a name board.

You need to present your passport and eVisa copy for him/her to check. He then puts you in the priority lines (the Fast Track line) to receive your entry stamp quickly and smoothly.

For visa on arrival travelers:

Once you exit the airplane, look for our assistant who waits for you with your name board at the landing visa area. Please give him your passport, visa approval letter, completed Vietnamese visa application form, and the stamping fee in cash ($25 for single entry / $50 for multiple entry). We’ll handle all procedures and return your passport with the visa sticker.

The whole visa procedure takes approximately 5 minutes. After receiving your visa sticker, please proceed to the passport control counter to line up and get your entry stamp.

Service Fee: $30/person

2. VIP Arrival Fast Track Service

The VIP Arrival Fast Track offers an all-inclusive experience for those who want maximum comfort and speed, such as:

• Business travelers, those with tight schedules

• Anyone who wants to minimize waiting time at the airport

• Passengers with connecting flights - helps avoid delays and ensures not miss the next flight.

The whole procedure takes 10- 15 minutes.

After landing, our guide will meet you with a name board and guide you through every step of the arrival process, including:

- Pick up guests at the location in front of the Immigration area

- Assist guests with expedited visa processing

- Escort guests with priority Immigration procedure

- Handle luggage collection

- See guests off to the arrival hall

3. VIP See-off Service

Our VIP See-Off Service is designed to make your departure from Vietnam smooth and hassle-free. Our airport assistant will be waiting for you with a name board at the Departure Hall, then personally escort you through key procedures at the airport:

• Assist you with luggage and the check-in process
  

• Support with priority immigration procedure
  

• Assist guests with priority security checks

• Guide you to the boarding gate area

• For international flight: $70/person

• For domestic flight: $40/ person

Note: For Vietjet Air passengers, self-check-in is required. However, our staff will still provide priority support and guidance throughout the process.

How Does Fast Track Service Work?

Using the Vietnam Airport Fast Track Service is simple and convenient. Just follow these four steps:

Step 1:

Step 2:
Upon arrival, meet our staff at the Immigration Counter (if you take an eVisa) or the landing visa area (if you get a visa on arrival). They’ll be holding a signboard with your name.

Step 3:
Please present your passport and any other required documents, depending on your visa type (Vietnam e-visa or visa on arrival), to our Fast Track staff.

Step 4:
Wait a few minutes to get a Vietnam visa sticker or entry stamp on your passport.

Note: Please book the service at least 12 hours in advance to ensure availability and proper arrangement at the airport.
