1. Applicants must have their regular passport which still valids for at least 6 months from the entry date to Vietnam. Any travel documents, temporary/ emergency passports are not accepted to apply for a Vietnam visa.
2. Applicants must not be in Vietnam at the time of approving the Vietnam visa request. At the moment, Vietnam Immigration is not granting visas to applicants who are currently residing in Vietnam.
