Being a Myanmar passport holder, you are not required for Vietnam visa

Myanmar citizens are granted to enter Vietnam for 14 days without Vietnam visa. If Myanmar passport holders stay in Vietnam for more than 14 days, a Vietnam visa is still required.

Procedure to get Vietnam visa on arrival:

Step 2: Pay Vietnam visa service fee online

Step 3: Receive vietnam visa approval via email within several working days, print out, get on plane to Vietnam

Step 4: Arrive in Vietnam, show the documents, pay stamping fee in cash and collect Vietnam visa sticker.
