2. How to travel from China to Vietnam?

2.1. By land:

China and Vietnam share 3 land borders as listed below. Please note that for Chinese nationality and for those who are not in Vietnam visa exemption list, they must have Vietnam visa in the passport to cross the borders.

This will be allowed on a trial basis till December 31th, 2018 and currently it show a significant increase in number of Chinese tourists cross the Mong Cai border gate.

2.2.By air:

There are different airways operates direct flights between China and Vietnam such as: China Southern, China Eastern, Korean Air, Malaysia Airlines, Singapore Airlines…etc. These flights will land at Vietnam International airports: Noi Bai, Tan Son Nhat, Cam Ranh (Nha Trang), Da Nang. In which Nha Trang, a coastal city and Da Nang, a beach city and home to Unesco World Heritage Sites are the most favorite destinations for Chinese tourists.
