In general, applicants must submit Vietnam visa application form in person at Vietnam Embassy in China. Normally, you would need to provide: your original passport, a completed Vietnam visa application form. For some other nationalities residing in China, you must provide extra documents include: China visa/ China resident card, hotel booking, flight ticket. You would pay compulsory visa fees in cash at Vietnam Embassy/ Consulate when you submit your Vietnam visa request.

2. How does  Vietnam visa on arrival work ?

 

You just need to submit a visa application form online with your personal detail such as: Full name, nationality, date of birth… and some information of your visa such as: visa type, purpose, entry/exit date. You pay for service fee online to get your Vietnam visa approval letter via email in 1 or 2 working days. Next, you get on the plane to Vietnam. 3. How much does Vietnam visa on arrival cost ?

 

When you apply for Vietnam visa on arrival, you must pay 2 kinds of fees: service fee and stamping fee. Service fee is paid online while you submit the visa application form in order to get the Vietnam visa approval letter to be issued by Vietnam Immigration.
