Expats live in Philipines are able to get Vietnam visa by submitting Vietnam visa request at Vietnam Embassy or get Vietnam visa on arrival 

 
Expats living in Philippines depend upon their nationalities; they may travel to Vietnam with or without Vietnam visa. In case they are not in Vietnam visa exemption list, they are required to get Vietnam visa to visit Vietnam for various purposes such as family visit, business, holiday, etc. Normally there are two open options to apply for Vietnam visa in Philippines:
 
1. Apply for Vietnam visa by visiting Embassy of Vietnam in Philippines
 
2. Apply for Vietnam visa on arrival online:
 
NOTE:  Whatever options you intend to use, please make sure that your passport remains valid at least 6 months.
 

1. Apply for Vietnam visa at Embassy of Vietnam in Philippines

 
This option applies for those who intend to travel to Vietnam by land or sea. In this case, the applicants should arrive in person at the Embassy of Vietnam and submit all documents as requested by the Embassy officers. Generally the applicants are required to present necessary documents such as original passport, passport-sized photos, flight tickets, other kinds of documents, depending on your visit purposes. Also, a payment for visa service fee is required and should be made in cash at the Embassy.

2. Apply for Vietnam visa on arrival online

 
This option is available for those who travel to Vietnam by air only. It is especially favorable for expats living far away from the Embassy or who cannot make time to visit the Embassy. All the process is done online, so just make sure you have available Internet access to properly complete the procedure.
 

How to apply for Vietnam visa on arrival?

 

Step 1: Fill out your visa application at our website Vietnamvisavoa.com or send us by email the following information:

 
Your full name, gender, date of birth (DOB), nationality, passport number, visa type: single/ multiple for 01/ 03 month, proposed arrival date. All the provided personal information should be stated as exactly as in your passport or simply take a picture of your passport page, note the visa type you want to apply, your expected entry/ exit date. Our assistant will submit Vietnam visa request on your behalf.
 

Step 2: Choose payment method at your convenience and make payment for service fee. 

 
All major payment cards are accepted at our website: PayPal, Credit Card, Western Union and Bank Transfer. 
 
The amount of service fee may vary depending on: your requested time of processing (normal or urgent, super urgent processing time), your nationality, visa type whether it is single/ multiple, 1 month/ 3 month, business/ tourist purpose.

 

Step 3: Check your mailbox to receive the visa approval letter

 
Check your email to receive the pre approval letter for Vietnam visa. Please kindly print it out (black-and-white version accepted) or keep it in your own smart phone/ mobile devices to check in at the airport.

Step 4: Get Vietnam visa stamped on your passport

 
Take along with you the following documents to the airport: The printed of pre visa approval letter, original passport, 2 passport-sized photos and stamping fee in cash to be paid to Immigration officers. Then get the visa stamped on your passport.
 
  • 25USD for 1 month or 3 month single visa, 
  • 50USD for 1 month or 3 month multiple visa, 
  • 95USD for 6 month multiple visa, 
  • 135USD for 1 year multiple visa.
